Job Summary
The PLM System Administrator Support & Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting configuring and improving the companys Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform. This role focuses on ensuring smooth system operations aligning PLM functionality with business needs and directing a team that bridges the gap between technical capabilities and business in close collaboration with IS&T engineering operations supply chain and marketing teams this leader will support system maintenance guide process improvements and manage business analysis efforts to optimize workflows and user adoption.
- Bachelors degree 10 years minimum experience
- Experience with PLM systems including system administration and business analysis.
- Leadership or team management experience.
- Proficiency in at least one major PLM system (Teamcenter preferred)
- Understanding of databases APIs and integrations.
- Familiarity with CAD data management BOM management and change control processes.
- Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing workflows.
- Experience supporting ERP and CAD preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Skilled communicator able to connect technical and business perspectives.
- Collaborative with proven ability to support diverse teams and drive adoption.
