Job Summary
Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Stevens Point WI - Corporate Office
*May include remote opportunities in the following states: AZ FL IL IN KS MI MN PA TN TX UT WA WI. No relocation assistance is provided.
Starting Salary: $56874.78 - $62562.26 (Salary commensurate with experience)
Skyward is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Programming Professional Services this role youll collaborate with management and team members to deliver insightful reports dashboards and data analytics that drive decision-making and innovation. This is more than a job its a career path with opportunities for growth into a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst role.
What youll do:
- Design develop and support customized reports dashboards and data analytics.
- Provide exceptional customer support training and consulting on product usage.
- Lead both on-site and virtual training sessions for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot reporting issues.
- Continuously learn and grow your expertise in BI tools and data systems.
What you need:
- A two- or four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and general PC applications.
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Crystal Reports SQL Query tools Power BI Amazon QuickSight).
- Understanding of databases SQL queries and data analytics concepts.
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
