We are seeking a Practice Manager to join our Bowie MD location. The Managers main responsibilities are:
- Managing the patients experience care outcomes and retention.
- Guide patients through their journey with empathy and compassion
- Set clear expectations and goals for patients
- Hold patients accountable to ensure successful outcomes
- Manage and oversee clinical administrative and exercise teams
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) focusing on clinic growth
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in a health or management-related field
- 3- 5 years of leadership experience
- Passion for changing lives one patient at a time
- Embodies servant leadership
- Strong critical thinking problem-solving decision-making interpersonal communication and adaptability skills
