The Production/Materials Assistant provides critical support to the Production team by managing procurement activities maintaining accurate material tracking in SAP and assisting with various operational and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage requisitions for services and materials; receive goods and track invoices to ensure accurate processing in coordination with Accounts Payable.
Support scanning labeling and material movement in SAP; monitor and resolve related errors to maintain system accuracy.
Collaborate with SAP and internal teams to enhance material handling and inventory processes.
Assist with month-end closing activities which may occasionally require off-hours work.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate maintenance of printers and copiers.
Manage communication with external vendors including uniform suppliers to ensure service quality and invoice accuracy.
Compile inventory data and prepare monthly reports and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $51300.00 and $85600.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills experience and other factors permitted by law.Full-Time
