Part-Time MD Boys White Soccer Head Coach (Grades 6-8)
Berkeley is seeking a qualified Head Coach for our Middle Division Boys Soccer program. The ideal candidate will have prior coaching experience and preferably playing experience. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of the sport including its rules and strategies and demonstrate the ability to foster skill development in a positive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct structured practices that emphasize player development teamwork and sportsmanship.
  • Manage games effectively while modeling and reinforcing positive behavior.
  • Supervise student-athletes ensuring their well-being and safety during practices and games.
  • Attend all practices and games during the season.
Season Details:
  • Duration: Approximately late October through late January.
  • Schedule: Practices held Monday through Friday.
  • Breaks: No practices or games during exams or the holiday break (approximately December 11January 5).
