Job Summary

Why this role

We are accelerating our expansion in Germanys water sector. The potential is high but we havent yet built the full go-to-market approach.

You will play a central role in:

  • Building a network of strategic partners
  • Structuring our German sales approach
  • Positioning our unique portfolio (data loggers RTUs SCADA)

Your key responsibilities :

  • Promote SOFREL and SAE solutions to public and private water operators in Germany
  • Build structure and manage a network of local distributors
  • Represent LACROIX towards key stakeholders and associations (e.g. DVGW BDEW)
  • Monitor market trends and regulations to shape our strategy
  • Work closely with product technical and marketing teams to tailor value propositions to the German market.

  • Youll work with a proven product portfolio certified and differentiated
  • Youll benefit from a complete customer journey support: pre-sales support training technical sales after-sales
  • Youll actively contribute to building LACROIXs Smart Water footprint in Germany.

  • SAE Sales Director (your manager)
  • LACROIX Environments International Sales Director (functional reporting)
  • Product & marketing teams at SOFREL and SAE
  • Partners municipalities public operators.

Qualifications :

What were looking for :

Must have:

  • Strong business development background with proven track record
  • Experience in the German water or infrastructure market
  • Ability to build and scale a partner network
  • Understanding of industrial/automation/IoT solutions
  • Fluent in both German and English.

Nice to have:

  • Previous exposure to PLC/RTU or SCADA systems.
