Were looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Charlotte this role youll be the key point of contact for our clients ensuring long-term partnerships client satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Customer Success Focus: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring clients receive maximum value from our solutions.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts upsell services and drive revenue growth.
  • Onboarding & Training: Support clients with onboarding and training ensuring smooth adoption of our technology.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Data & Reporting: Track key account metrics and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales marketing product and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of experience in account management customer success or sales preferably in tech SaaS or the drone industry.
  • Strong relationship-building communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and managing multiple client accounts.
  • Familiarity with drone technology public safety or security solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is preferred.
