Role Overview
We are seeking a Motivated professionals to lead the functional definition and delivery of our OT Network Security Platform. This role requires close engagement withcustomers (as proxies of end-users)to capture refine and translate requirements into actionable deliverables for the engineering team. The Product Owner ensures thatdevelopment output aligns with customer needsand industry standards in OT cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
- Act as theprimary interface with the customer gathering feedback and clarifying requirements.
- Represent thevoice of the end-userin all product discussions.
- Requirements Gathering & Refinement
- Research customer-provided features competitor solutions and market expectations.
- Drill down high-level features intodetailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Createuser stories use cases and acceptance criteriafor development teams.
- Product Backlog Ownership
- Maintain and prioritize theproduct backlog ensuring it reflects customer priorities and business goals.
- Work closely withTechnical Architect and Engineeringto validate feasibility and implementation approach.
- Delivery Alignment
- Ensure development output isin line with agreed requirementsthrough backlog grooming sprint planning and reviews.
- Defineacceptance testsand validate completed features against requirements.
- Track progress and ensure timely delivery of committed features.
- Continuous Improvement
- Monitor industry trends OT security standards and evolving customer needs.
- Recommend new features or improvements that enhance product value.
- Supportgo-to-market activitiesby providing product insights and documentation.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors/Masters in Engineering Computer Science Cybersecurity or related field.
- Experience: 610 years in Product Ownership/Management with 3 years incybersecurity networking or OT/ICS products.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding ofOT/ICS protocols(Modbus DNP3 IEC 104 OPC UA PROFINET GOOSE).
- Experience working withnetwork monitoring / cybersecurity platforms(IDS/IPS SIEM anomaly detection etc.).
- Strong ability toanalyze and document customer-provided featuresinto detailed requirements.
- Hands-on experience withAgile/Scrum backlog management and tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementskills able to bridge customer business and technical teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability tochallenge refine and validate requirements.
Nice to Have
- Experience inindustrial cybersecurity deploymentsor working directly with OT operators.
- Knowledge ofappliance/platform features(ISO/OVA packaging distributed sensors backup/restore HA/DR).
- Familiarity withcompliance frameworks(IEC 62443 NERC CIP NIST CSF).
- Exposure tosensor-to-cloud architecturesormulti-tenant SaaS models.
