This is a great opportunity to be part of the worlds largest bulk export port authority encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton Dampier Port Hedland and Varanus Island and five future port sites. You will be responsible for supporting Pilbara Ports commitment to safe inclusive and high-performing workplaces by delivering integrated injury management outcomes through proactive case management stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. The role works closely with Safety EGMs and divisional leaders to ensure consistent and compliant practices. It is accountable for driving return-to-work performance maintaining legislative and ISO compliance enhancing manager capability in injury prevention and rehabilitation and contributing to broader People and Capability initiatives including diversity wellbeing and employee engagement.

About You

You will be the type of person who has the ability to manage sensitive and high-risk injury management cases with professionalism and empathy.
