Business Banking Consultant

Your new role

As one of our Business Banking Consultants you will drive success by building strong customer relationships and understanding their unique needs. Youll collaborate with Business Banking Managers to create detailed lending submissions that meet all compliance standards. Additionally youll provide expert support in financial analysis sales and customer service while leading business improvement projects and maintaining thorough reporting.

Some of your key duties

• Ensure lending margins are appropriate for each business relationship.
• Create detailed lending submissions that meet compliance standards.
• Thoroughly assess financial info business circumstances collateral and credit risk.
• Master financial statements tax returns and ATO documents and stress test cash flows.
• Complete annual reviews on time ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Credit Control to manage at-risk overdrawn or overdue lending facilities.
• Utilise sales tracking tools CRM and BI Portal effectively.
• Achieve your sales and referral targets with confidence.
• Manage costs and revenues within budgets.
• Continuously improve processes and resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications :

A little about you

You will be a highly skilled financial analyst with expertise in evaluating complex structures and managing credit risk. Your exceptional communication organisational and time management abilities will ensure you provide outstanding customer service. With a solid background in Business or Finance you will bring both proficiency and a proactive approach to your role.

Youll have

• Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to understand complex structures and manage credit risk.
• Excellent communication organisational and time management skills.
• A strong focus on customer service.
• A degree in Business or Finance or a postgraduate professional qualification (desirable).
