This Lead Engineering position in facilities management plays a critical role in the day to day operations of hospital infrastructure. As the assistant to the Director of Facilities Management you will serve as a frontline leader sharing responsibility for ensuring a safe compliant and efficiently operating physical environment across our main hospital and outlying clinics. The ideal candidate is a highly organized hands-on professional with a proactive mindset strong leadership skills and a great mechanical aptitude.
Schedule:This is a Full Time hourly position. The schedule would be Monday through Friday 8am 4:30pm. Some on call hours would be needed on occasions.
What were looking for
Qualified applicants must have completed a High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of facilities experience with 2 years of which are within a Healthcare setting. 10 years of experience in facilities maintenance construction with 2 years within a supervisory/leadership role is also acceptable.
