  • 10 years of experience in creative production project management or marketing operations ideally within entertainment media or creative agencies.
  • Proven expertise in post-production across video social digital paid and international formats with a strong understanding of how creative and marketing decisions impact workflow and timelines.
  • Advanced proficiency with workflow tools such as Airtable Excel (or similar platforms) with the ability to design systems that increase visibility and efficiency.
  • Proven success leading high-profile campaigns managing large budgets and tight timelines in fast-paced high-volume environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage asset lifecycles from creative development through delivery while driving clarity and accountability at scale.


  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared production and marketing vision.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication skills able to clearly present production updates operational solutions and budget insights to senior leadership.
