Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with product-related questions order concerns and technical support issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate solutions and personalized assistance.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French (C2 level) with strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule including weekends and public holidays.
  • No prior experience required ideal for entry-level candidates!
  • Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.
