Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing preferably with nonprofits community-focused organizations or government projects.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute targeted B2B marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in managing and growing LinkedIn and Instagram profiles with consistent engaging content.
  • Strong experience in creating case studies and showcasing client success stories.
  • Skilled in designing and managing outreach funnels to generate and nurture qualified leads.
  • Knowledge of government and institutional grant applications and project submissions.
  • Excellent communication project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance optimize campaigns and scale results.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a clear B2B marketing strategy tailored to the companys target segments (nonprofits arts & culture orgs community-focused groups and government projects).
  • Build and optimize the Companys LinkedIn profile; develop and publish consistent high-quality content that grows a relevant follower base.
  • Establish and manage an Instagram profile with aligned messaging and engagement strategy.
  • Develop 56 impactful case studies highlighting the companys client successes; publish on website and share through LinkedIn/other channels.
  • Design and activate an outreach funnel for prospective clients with a parallel track for identifying and pursuing government grants and project opportunities.
  • Shift focus to driving qualified leads and nurturing prospects.
  • Book new client calls with prospective organizations.
  • Apply to government and institutional projects/grants in the companys focus areas.
  • Assess effectiveness of strategy content and funnel; recommend refinements for Month 4 scaling.
