Role Overview
The Senior Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across Meta Google and LinkedIn platforms to drive leads optimize conversion funnels and maximize ROAS. You will own the full performance marketing strategy including campaign design implementation tracking reporting and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Google Ads (Search Display YouTube) and LinkedIn.
- Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) on landing pages and funnels identifying blockers and opportunities for improvement.
- Set up and maintain proper tracking using GA4 Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Search Console to ensure accurate data attribution.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives CTAs and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives tailored to each stage of the funnel.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis forecasting and budget planning.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Optional but preferred: Oversee basic SEO audits and suggest optimizations for improved organic reach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing preferably in the automotive or service industry.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- In-depth experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) GTM and Search Console.
- Proven track record of managing budgets optimizing CPAs and scaling performance campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of landing page optimization principles and experience using CRO tools.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables lookups charts) and experience preparing campaign dashboards.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bonus: Familiarity with basic SEO tools and practices.
