Ahdus Technology is a growing IT Services company with an established presence in Islamabad Germany and Finland. Leveraging a strong technical foundation and multinational footprint we are now expanding into productized IT services with a focus on CRM ERP and ITSM platforms.
As we scale we are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join us as Co-Founder leading our B2B sales and go-to-market strategy in our next phase of growth.
Your Mission
As Co-Founder you will be at the forefront of shaping and driving our commercial strategy. Your focus will be on B2B sales and business development for CRM and ERP solutions (e.g. Odoo ServiceNow) targeting mid-sized enterprises across sectors such as manufacturing retail and sustainability.
Youll collaborate closely with our business and technical teams to craft solution offerings that solve real customer challenges and take them to market with purpose and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a scalable go-to-market and sales strategy
- Identify engage and build strong relationships with prospective B2B clients and strategic partners
- Own the sales pipeline: from lead generation to closing enterprise deals
- Deliver compelling product demos client presentations and business proposals
- Work cross-functionally to align sales marketing and customer success efforts
- Represent Ahdus Technology at industry events trade shows and business forums
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development ideally in SaaS CRM or ERP platforms
- Experience with Odoo ServiceNow or similar enterprise software is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value enterprise deals and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset proactive results-driven and resilient in early-stage environments
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- A passion for technology innovation and customer-centric growth
