DescriptionJob Summary
We are seeking a part-time results-driven B2B / LinkedIn Marketer to design and execute our Clients B2B marketing strategy. The goal is to strengthen brand presence generate qualified leads and position the organisation as a trusted partner for nonprofits arts & culture organizations community-focused groups and government-funded projects. This role is initially milestone-based with a strong potential to transition into a full-time leadership role.
Month 12: Foundation & Presence
B2B Marketing Strategy: Define and implement a clear B2B marketing strategy tailored to Sympls target segments.
LinkedIn Presence: Build optimize and manage Sympls LinkedIn profile; develop and publish consistent high-quality content that grows a relevant follower base.
Instagram Presence (if relevant): Establish and manage Instagram with aligned messaging and engagement.
Case Studies: Develop 5-6 compelling case studies showcasing Sympls client successes; publish on the website and promote across channels.
Lead Funnel: Design and activate a client outreach funnel including a parallel track for identifying and pursuing government grants and project opportunities.
Month 3: Growth & Conversion
Business Development: Shift focus toward generating qualified leads and nurturing prospects.
Client Calls: Secure discovery calls with prospective organizations.
Project Applications: Identify and apply to relevant government and institutional projects/grants.
Performance Review: Conduct a thorough evaluation of strategy content and funnel performance; provide recommendations for Month 4 scaling.
RequirementsQualifications & Skills
MBA or Master or Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field (preferred but not required if compensated by experience).
3 years of demonstrated experience in B2B marketing ideally with a focus on professional services tech or consulting sectors.
Proven track record of managing LinkedIn marketing campaigns and driving tangible lead generation.
Experience developing case studies client-facing content and digital campaigns.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager analytics tools and content scheduling platforms (e.g. Buffer Hootsuite HubSpot etc.).
Familiarity with website CMS (e.g. WordPress Webflow) for publishing case studies.
Comfort with CRM systems and lead tracking software.
Core Competencies
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills (case studies thought leadership social posts).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track measure and optimize marketing performance.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet milestones.
Creative resourceful and able to adapt strategies based on data and feedback.
Strong understanding of nonprofit and government ecosystems is a major asset.
