Job Description

Position: Online Sales Executive Career Development Services

Location: Westlands Nairobi Kenya

Salary: Retainer Commissions

Role Overview:

The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our career development products and services through digital platforms. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy self-driven and passionate about helping individuals achieve their career goals while hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell career development packages (CV writing interview coaching LinkedIn optimization career workshops etc.) via online platforms.
  • Identify and convert leads through social media email campaigns WhatsApp Business and other digital sales channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients providing timely support and personalized recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets reporting progress to management.
  • Develop innovative online sales strategies to and mid-level professionals.
  • Run online campaigns webinars and digital events that generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions sales pipeline and feedback using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales Marketing Business or related field.
  • 2 years experience in sales (online or telesales experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media selling.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work with targets and under high pressure
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Zoho HubSpot or similar) is an added advantage.
