Role Overview:
The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our career development products and services through digital platforms. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy self-driven and passionate about helping individuals achieve their career goals while hitting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell career development packages (CV writing interview coaching LinkedIn optimization career workshops etc.) via online platforms.
- Identify and convert leads through social media email campaigns WhatsApp Business and other digital sales channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients providing timely support and personalized recommendations.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets reporting progress to management.
- Develop innovative online sales strategies to and mid-level professionals.
- Run online campaigns webinars and digital events that generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions sales pipeline and feedback using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Sales Marketing Business or related field.
- 2 years experience in sales (online or telesales experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media selling.
- Excellent communication negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work with targets and under high pressure
- Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.
- Experience using CRM platforms (Zoho HubSpot or similar) is an added advantage.
