Location: Bristol (Hybrid Working Available)

Salary: Up to 60000 dependent on experience

Our client is a Top 200 Law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its expanding team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer with proven experience in corporate law looking to take on a new challenge with a varied and high-quality workload.

The role offers exposure to a diverse range of corporate transactions including mergers acquisitions disposals restructures and broader company law matters. The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative and supportive team while contributing to business development and mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client matters from initial instruction through to completion delivering high-quality legal advice and service.
Draft review and finalise corporate finance documents including facility agreements security packages and intercreditor arrangements.
Support pre-completion processes and ensure proper registration and perfection of security.
Advise clients on complex corporate issues with clarity and commercial insight.
Communicate effectively with clients colleagues and third parties via phone email and in-person.
Contribute to the teams strategic planning and participate in internal initiatives.
Mentor and supervise junior team members as needed.
Take part in targeted business development efforts to help grow the firms client base.

Candidate Profile:

Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years post-qualification experience in corporate law.
Strong drafting negotiation and advisory skills.
Confident in managing client relationships and delivering a proactive service.
Capable of working independently while also contributing to team objectives.
A collaborative and ambitious mindset with a focus on both personal and collective success.
