Help us level up how we plan operate and report across the business. Were building a modern entrepreneurial FP&A function and looking for a senior operator to lead corporate planning extend our planning horizon and raise the bar on how we measure and communicate evolving FP&A from 12 months to an 1824 month operational planning horizon. Youll lead that transition align the company on clear metrics and improve the quality and cadence of our public-facing and executive reporting. Youll manage and develop a small early-career team modernise our tooling and processes and build a culture of accountability around the numbers.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Lead the rollup and consolidation of company plans budgets and forecasts across functions.
- Establish and run 1824 month operational planning cycles with clear milestones and ownership.
- Define align and maintain companywide metrics and KPIs; ensure consistent definitions and usage.
- Upgrade FP&A systems and workflows (e.g. Pigment) to drive speed accuracy and scale.
- Own monthly business reviews and executive/boardready reporting elevating clarity and quality.
- Run deep dives and special projects that surface efficiencies and inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain decisiongrade financial models and scenarios.
- Manage coach and grow two direct reports; set the bar on craft communication and accountability.
- Partner closely with Finance Operations Strategy and business leaders to connect plans to outcomes.
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- Proven corporate FP&A experience and endtoend ownership of planning processes.
- Experience building or upleveling small FP&A teams; strong people leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent financial modeling analytical rigor and comfort with ambiguity in a highgrowth environment.
- Fluency with FP&A systems and data tooling (Excel and planning tools; Pigment familiarity a plus).
- Clear crisp communication: executiveready storytelling and stakeholder management.
- Industry exposure to payments or SaaS is a strong plus.
