A full-service regional law firm with a leading Private Client Team
Role
- Advise clients on issuesincluding financial settlements children matters and protective orders
- Manage a caseload independently and support senior colleagues on more complex matters
- Drafting legal documents pleadings and correspondence
- Preparing bundles for/attending court hearings
- Playing an active role in business development
- 4years PQE with experience across a wide range of family law matters including Family Law Act proceedings financial remedies and children matters
- Experience of pre- and post-nuptial agreements is desirable but not essential
- Ambitious and keen tocontribute to the teams growth
