Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Ownership
- Design and implement scalable outbound lead generation strategies tailored to regional market dynamics (India EMEA and US).
- Define KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI of lead generation efforts.
Team Leadership
- Hire mentor and lead a team of lead generation specialists and inside sales executives.
- Establish performance goals provide regular coaching and drive a high-accountability culture.
Campaign Execution
- Oversee multi-channel outbound campaigns including cold calling LinkedIn outreach email marketing and webinars.
- Align campaign strategies with Marketing and Regional Business Development goals.
Pipeline Development
- Own and drive early-stage sales pipeline KPIs.
- Ensure a steady flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) to the Sales team.
Market Research & Intelligence
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and build targeted account lists.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to refine targeting and positioning strategies
