Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and expansion in the APAC region from Singapore. As an individual contributor you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our clients presence in APAC
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for SAP HANA solutions including new business development and upselling/cross-selling to existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including presales delivery and marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends competitor activity and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the SAP HANA business in APAC

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10 years of experience in SAP sales preferably in HANA or related technologies with a proven track record of success
  • Strong network and relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in APAC
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strong business acumen with ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages an advantage

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with enterprise clients particularly in the manufacturing finance or retail industries
  • Knowledge of SAP products and solutions including SAP S/4HANA SAP Fiori and SAP Leonardo
  • Certification in SAP sales or consulting would be an advantage
