Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients over the phone to identify their travel needs and offer customized solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional verbal communication.
Provide guidance and support to junior sales agents to enhance team performance and share best practices.
Track and report on sales performance metrics offering insights for improvement.
Work closely with other departments such as Customer Service and Reservations to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
Proven track record as a top-performing sales agent with a history of exceeding sales targets and earning recognition for exceptional performance.
Strong verbal communication skills with a talent for building rapport and rapport over the phone.
Demonstrated expertise in sales including relationship building negotiation and closing deals.
