About the Role
Are you passionate about international logistics and supply chain operations Join our dynamic team as an Export Coordinator where youll play a key role in managing export shipments ensuring compliance with global regulations and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
As an Export Coordinator you will:
- Manage open export shipments and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate export documentation including customs inspections invoicing and reverse logistics.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (Sales Finance Warehouse) and external partners (freight forwarders customs inspection agencies).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to audits and financial processes.
- Handle Letters of Credit and ensure accurate shipping documentation.
- Participate in meetings and report on KPIs related to delivery performance.
What Success Looks Like
- High plant and customer delivery performance.
- Achievement of OTTR (On Time to Request).
- Positive customer satisfaction survey results.
Who Youll Work With
Youll collaborate closely with:
- CSSC Finance Marketing Warehouse & Dispatch teams
- External Sales (SSA) Office Managers (GZA & GGH)
- Freight Forwarders Local Purchasing Team Segment Heads
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Strong understanding of export control and customs regulations.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Matriculation or equivalent qualifications.
- Export Management certification is advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
