DescriptionDuties & Responsibilities
- Conducts interactive training sessions and workshops as well as new hire orientation (both virtually and in-person).
- Utilizes adult learning principles and innovative training methods to enhance knowledge retention and practical application.
- Provides coaching to help employees apply classroom concepts to their daily roles foster personal growth and career progression.
- Collaborates with global and regional stakeholders to adapt and deliver content that aligns with regional needs and organizational goals.
- Employs diagnostic tools and assessments to identify development needs and create individualized coaching plans.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to grow internal talent and prepare future leaders through targeted development efforts.
- Supports the development and refinement of supplementary learning resources guides and performance support tools for diverse audiences.
- Tracks and measures training effectiveness and employee progress through assessments and feedback; adjusting strategies to enhance training content and delivery methods to refine programs and drive continuous improvement across training initiatives.
- Collaborates closely with HR Business Partners TM&L COE colleagues and other key stakeholders in the region to identify skill gaps training needs and leadership development opportunities.
- Assists in communicating the value of training and coaching initiatives across the region fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Lead/Support global TM&L efforts beyond the region by participating in enterprise-wide initiatives and special projects.
- Prepares regular reports on training outcomes participant feedback and program impact providing actionable insights to the TM&L COE team.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Education Business Administration or a closely related field. Will consider experience in lieu of education.
- 8 years of progressive experience in training/facilitation preferably within an organizational development department or a corporate human resources environment.
- Proven track record in coaching and mentoring people leaders and employees to drive performance and career growth.
Skills and Other Requirements
- DDI Facilitator Certification (Preferred). Additional certifications (Gallup Strengths Coach DISC) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver interactive and engaging learning experiences across diverse audiences that go beyond lecture-style presentations.
- Comfortable navigating digital collaboration tools (e.g. Zoom Teams Miro) and experience with virtual facilitation best practices.
- Excellent facilitation presentation and communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment collaborating with multi-cultural teams and adapting content to regional and cultural nuances.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt training delivery for different learning styles and workplace environments.
- Strong time management organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms is a plus.

Working Conditions
- Role may require travel within the region to deliver in-person training at various company locations.
- Flexibility on work hours to attend meetings and facilitate training sessions across different time zones.
Physical Requirements
This role will facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions requiring prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer or standing in front of a classroom to facilitate.
