Job Description

ey Account & Project Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact forkey client projects understanding their needs and working with Project Managers to develop tailored service solutions.

Support annual project planning including timelines resource allocation and risk assessments.

Ensure alignment between client expectations regulatory standards (e.g. GLP/GMP) and operational capabilities.

Supplier & Procurement Coordination:

Manage end-to-endsupplier relationships including system onboarding consulting service quotations purchase orders payments and delivery tracking.

Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams to ensure cost-effective sourcing and compliance with company policies.

Quality & Performance Monitoring:

Prepare and presentregular project reports analyzing service performance metrics and client satisfaction.

Financial Oversight:

Assist Project Managers incost control including budget tracking revenue/cost reconciliation and profitability analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with lab teams IT and external vendors to resolve operational bottlenecks.

Lead ad-hoc initiatives to enhance service efficiency (e.g. lab workflow optimization digital tools implementation).
