We are seeking a senior Client Partner to act as a strategic advisor and catalyst for growth within our most valued enterprise clients. You will be a trusted partner to executives and senior leaders responsible for diagnosing their most pressing business challenges and architecting innovative solutions powered by Blend360s end-to-end AI and data capabilities. You will serve as the strategic orchestrator of the client relationship ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable high-impact business value.
Responsibilities
Act as a Strategic Advisor: Serve as the primary strategic partner for senior client executives developing a deep understanding of their business objectives competitive landscape and operational challenges.
Diagnose & Architect Solutions: Identify and qualify high-impact opportunities where Blend360s AI data and analytics solutions can solve critical business challenges. Lead the development of proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that articulate a clear vision and tangible business value.
Drive Account Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy to drive sustainable long-term growth. Own the accounts P&L forecasting and pipeline management to ensure financial targets are met.
Orchestrate Internal Expertise: Collaborate seamlessly with Blend360s Practice Leaders and delivery teams to bring the right talent technology and offerings to the client ensuring world-class execution and satisfaction.
Lead Executive Engagement: Build and nurture a network of high-level relationships across the client organization establishing yourself and Blend360 as a go to partner.
Negotiate & Close: Lead commercial negotiations ensuring contracts deliver optimal value for both the client and Blend360.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategic consulting business development or client advisory role with a demonstrated focus on AI data science or advanced analytics solutions.
Proven experience as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executive stakeholders with ability to diagnose complex business problems.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive hunter mentality for uncovering new opportunities within existing client ecosystems.
Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills; the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
Proven success in leading cross-functional teams to develop and pitch complex multi-workstream solutions.
Strong business acumen and experience with P&L management pricing and contract negotiation.
Passionate about impacting clients results through data analytics and technology.
Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
