We are looking for a Senior Host / Hostess based at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong!
As a Senior Host / Hostess we rely on you to:
- Greet and provide the first welcoming impression to guests who visit the restaurant
- Handle guests inquiries reservations and requests
- Understand guests needs personalize ones experience and offer extraordinary customer service
- Handle large party booking and communicate with Marketing Team for F&B promotion coordination
We are looking for someone who has:
- Diploma in HospitalityManagement
- 3 years of related experience in the Hotel Industry
- Excellent communication skill andoutgoing personality
- Good command of spoken English Cantonese and Mandarin
