MSA Driver

The OSA Driver is responsible for the safe timely and accurate delivery of packages while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong attention to detail physical stamina and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Safely drive and perform daily safety inspections on company vehicle.
Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
Follow all local and state laws driving regulations and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service even in stressful situations.
Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle.
Lift packages and tools (up to 50 lbs.); enter and exit the vehicle repeatedly throughout the day at various locations.
Communicate effectively with the support team to ensure successful and timely deliveries.
Use smartphone device for GPS navigation package scanning clocking in/out and communication with supervisors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Valid non-provisional unrestricted drivers license.
Clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations may disqualify candidates).
Previous experience as a delivery driver preferred.
Strong customer service skills and a positive can-do attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle mail carts hand carts and flatbeds.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle repetitive physical activity.
