Job Description

We are looking for an EHS expert to lead and elevate our environmental health and safety standards across operations. This role requires strategic oversight operational leadership and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance.

Location: Berlin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute audits inspections and incident investigations to ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement across EHS processes with end-to-end operational ownership
  • Manage complex projects and organize team workload effectively within a plant or country-level scope
  • Influence stakeholders and support key business initiatives with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Apply advanced EHS knowledge to mentor peers and guide strategic decisions

What you bring:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Safety Quality Environmental Science or a related field
  • 37 years of experience in QHSE roles preferably in commercial or service environments
  • Solid understanding of ISO 9001 ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards; experience in both office and field compliance

Core Competencies:

  • Strong grasp of QHSE principles tools and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and support diverse operational settings
  • Practical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Commitment to fostering a safe compliant and service-oriented workplace culture
