Job Summary
We are looking for an EHS expert to lead and elevate our environmental health and safety standards across operations. This role requires strategic oversight operational leadership and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance.
Location: Berlin
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute audits inspections and incident investigations to ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement across EHS processes with end-to-end operational ownership
- Manage complex projects and organize team workload effectively within a plant or country-level scope
- Influence stakeholders and support key business initiatives with strong presentation and communication skills
- Apply advanced EHS knowledge to mentor peers and guide strategic decisions
What you bring:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Safety Quality Environmental Science or a related field
- 37 years of experience in QHSE roles preferably in commercial or service environments
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001 ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards; experience in both office and field compliance

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and support diverse operational settings
