Job Title:FP&A Manager
Location: St. Louis MO Hybrid Minimal travel
Compensation: $150K$170K base $40K bonus
Overview
The Kostelic Agency is leading an exclusive search for a Regional FP&A Manager to support one of the Midwests most dynamic growth-oriented organizations. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing FP&A for a $500M regional division within a multi-billion-dollar private equitybacked company.
The position blends financial planning operational analysis and strategic partnership with direct visibility to senior leadership. The organization is continuing to expand rapidly and has assembled a world-class finance and operations team comprised of professionals from Big 4 investment banking and private equity backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the FP&A liaison for regional operations supporting leadership with budgeting forecasting and monthly performance reviews.
- Lead the development of budgets and forecasts aligned with operational and growth goals.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate initiatives labor efficiency profitability and investments.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews including variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Track KPIs streamline reporting and drive process improvements across finance and operations.
Candidate Profile
- 510 years in FP&A or operational finance with a strong preference for Big 4 or other top-tier experience.
- Advanced Excel and modeling skills; proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial leaders.
- Analytical inquisitive and proactive; thrives in fast-paced evolving environments.
- Strong track record of influencing senior leadership with data-driven insights.

- Travel: Minimal to regional sites and leadership meetings.
- Compensation: $150K$170K base salary $40K bonus full benefits (medical dental vision PTO 401k match).
