What this job involves:
This is a client facing role tasked with managing a team of transportation leads and ambassadors who support our clients growing shuttle and parking operations 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This person will work closely with our client direct reports and vendor leadership to develop program framework vendor KPIs and ensure expectations are set for the JLL and vendor teams working onsite. The role will also involve regular reporting and guidance to ensure responsive and proactive management and adherence to client requirements
What your day-to-day will look like:
Development of 4 direct reports managing continuous operation
Field operations auditing and service quality control and assurance
Client meetings and reporting
Vendor meetings and continuous performance improvement
Program design and modifications based on changing environment and client requirements
Other duties as assigned by Senior Facilities Manager
Data analysis and strategic development
Required Qualifications:
5 years of client facing experience in transportation operations program management customer service or related field
Knowledge of transportation systems technology and customer service best practices
Demonstrated track record in the development & implementation of strategic plans
Exceptional collaboration and persuasive/consultative skills and ability to prioritize
Strong communication presentation and reporting skills and industry knowledge
Ability to work effectively in an environment of ambiguity & constant change
Proficient in MSFT Office Suite
Proficient in data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a related field from Accredited University
Experience managing corporate transportation programs including shuttle and parking operations
Experience overseeing multiple third party (ABM) vendors supporting one operation
Experience with data management and analytics at scale
Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Ability to interpret and manage risk and deliver results
