What Youll Be Rockin as a Property Manager:
- Oversee multiple Class-A commercial retail properties in the Austin TX area.
- Dive into CAM reconciliations with gusto (and precision of course).
- Keep the wheels turning on property operations maintenance tenant relations and everything in between.
- Collaborate with our rockstar team to ensure properties perform at their best.
- Deliver exceptional service to tenants and owners alike.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit:
- Experience managingcommercial retail Class-A properties(Austin market experience bonus points!).
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required we value experience and talent just as much.
- A head for numbers and a heart for people youll need both to thrive here.
- Ability to juggle multiple properties like a pro (actual juggling skills not required).
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
