Job description:
We are seeking a bilingual (EnglishSpanish) Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of a multi-brand growth strategy for a dynamic hospitality group operating multiple restaurant concepts in the Miami area.
This role is responsible for driving 810% annual revenue growth increasing local market share and building a community-driven brand identity that unites the companys restaurant portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strong brand strategy and digital marketing expertise with a proven track record in sales development partnerships and events.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a 1218 month sales and marketing plan aligned with company growth targets.
- Identify expansion opportunities through new markets delivery channels and events to achieve consistent annual growth.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure a unified voice across 46 restaurant concepts.
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance to align marketing spend with EBITDA and P&L performance.
Marketing & Brand Management
- Design and manage digital social media influencer and community campaigns with ROI accountability.
- Enhance customer retention by optimizing CRM and loyalty platforms.
- Lead creative storytelling and brand consistency across all platforms.
- Integrate customer analytics (NPS online reviews sentiment data) to improve the guest experience.
Sales & Partnerships
- Develop B2B partnerships (corporate events catering tourism alliances) to generate 1015% of total group revenue.
- Negotiate collaborations with hotels tour operators and community organizations.
- Build and maintain sales forecasting models tied to revenue goals.
Support local marketing initiatives that drive incremental traffic and brand visibility.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead coach and develop a marketing and sales team (46 members).
- Foster creativity accountability and a data-driven culture.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to design training programs for sales execution and guest engagement.
Requirements
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or Hospitality Management (required).
- MBA or certification in Digital Marketing / Revenue Management (preferred).
- 58 years of experience in marketing sales or brand management within hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Proven success managing multi-location marketing strategies and P&L responsibility.
- Strong proficiency in CRM (Salesforce SevenRooms Paycom) digital analytics (GA4 Meta Suite) and data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau).
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact campaigns loyalty programs and community-based marketing.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
