Job Title: Site Supervisor / Surveyor
Location: Heathrow Area
Job Type: Full-Time PAYE
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Surveyor to oversee projects in the Heathrow area. The
role involves carrying out site surveys supervising contractors and ensuring all work is delivered safely
efficiently and to a high standard.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills sound knowledge of Health & Safety
practices and the ability to manage day-to-day site activities with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct accurate site surveys for windows doors and related installations
Supervise contractors on-site ensuring quality standards and safe working practices
Manage day-to-day site activities and monitor project timelines
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and industry requirements
Provide regular updates and reports on site progress and issues
Act as the main point of contact between contractors clients and management
Candidate Requirements
SMSTS or SSSTS certification (essential)
Valid CSCS card (essential)
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Surveyor in construction glazing or related sectors
Strong understanding of Health & Safety in the construction industry
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve on-site challenges effectively
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
