Rate of Pay:TBD for the 2025-2026 school year. Currently $17.88per hour.
Schedule:Follows the board approved school calendar
Insurance:Generous Health dental and vision contribution from the district.
PERS Retirement:The district assumes and pays the 6% average employee contribution to the Oregon PERS system.

Function:
Ponderosa ANCHOR Room Paraprofessional
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the ANCHOR Rooomat Ponderosa Middle School;
Ensure the safety and security of all students at all times;
Work with building teachers and administrators to provide appropriate support to students who are assigned time in theANCHOR Room;
May be required to re-direct students while they are assigned in the ANCHOR Room and not meeting the expectations of the ANCHOR Room;
Other duties as assigned by the building administrator.
Requirements:
High school diploma/equivalent; moderate computer skills; Word/Excel/Databases; Adaptable to varied tasks and situations; Ability to problem solve and complete tasks independently.
