Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Product Information Management (PIM) team. This role is ideal for a student currently pursuing a degree in IT Business Administration Marketing Computer Science or a related field. The PIM Student Assistant will support the PIM team in managing product data in our new PIM solution and supporting on increasing data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting transition process from old PIM (Product Information Management) solution to a new one by assisting in data maintenance between the two systems.
Assist in entering updating and maintaining product information within the PIM system.
Perform data manipulation and clean-up activities in Excel as well as within both the old and new PIM solutions handling large volumes of data.
Conduct simple Excel-based data quality analysis under the supervision of the PIM manager.
Assist in documenting user guides data definitions and process documentation.
Offer additional support to the wider product master data management team.
Qualifications
Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Information Systems Business Administration Marketing Computer Science or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with PIM systems and database management is a plus.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
