Job Summary
Department: English Language Teaching
Reporting Structure: Reports to ELT Coordinator
Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated ELT Student Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to English Language Teaching students ensuring their academic success and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist ELT students with academic inquiries and provide guidance on coursework
- Organize and facilitate study groups and tutoring sessions
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on assignments
- Collaborate with ELT instructors to develop support strategies for students
- Coordinate workshops and events to enhance student learning experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education English or related field
- Previous experience working with ESL or ELT students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software
