We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the executive team. As the Personal Assistant you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and projects while maintaining high levels of attention to detail and confidentiality.
In this role you will be working in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and ability to prioritize will be crucial in ensuring that the executive team is able to meet their goals and deadlines. You will also have the opportunity to interact with people across all levels of the organization and gain a deeper understanding of the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage the executive teams calendars including scheduling appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for internal and external events such as conferences and client meetings.
- Assist with project management including tracking deadlines preparing reports and organizing project materials.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations and reports for the executive team.
- Handle phone calls emails and other correspondence responding as needed.
- Ensure that the executive team is prepared for meetings presentations and travel by providing necessary materials and information.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration hospitality or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
