Role: Product Manager
Miami FL (Hybrid)(W2)
- Oversaw backlog management ticket triaging and QA processes for ResX applications under a T&M model ensuring efficient delivery and improved system reliability.
- Managed and prioritized product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Triaged incoming tickets (JIRA ServiceNow) and coordinated with dev/support teams.
- Led QA efforts including functional regression and integration testing.
- Worked closely with SMEs to validate requirements and clarify issues.
- Tracked KPIs maintained dashboards and ensured compliance with SLAs.
- Tools used: Power BI ServiceNow SQL Clarity PPM.
