Job Description
Job Title: French Customer Support Specialist Telecom Products
Location: Porto On-Site
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 7:00 19:00 (rotating shifts)
Languages: Native French or Strong C2

Join a dynamic team in Porto! As a French Customer Support Specialist you will assist customers across multiple channels providing guidance on subscriptions billing technical troubleshooting and more. No previous experience is requiredjust a passion for helping people and strong French communication skills.
What Youll Do:

Handle incoming calls from customers.

Welcome and advise customers offering personalized solutions.

Support customers with subscriptions billing and technical troubleshooting.

Share and live a positive customer-focused culture daily with your colleagues.
What Were Looking For:

Native French or C2-level French.

No prior experience required.

Ability to work on-site in Porto (only local candidates within 30km).

Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: 930 euro/month (14 payments)

Performance Bonus: 100 euro/month for the first 3 months then up to performance

Meal Allowance: 9 euro/day

Transportation Reimbursement: Up to 40 euro/month

Private Medical Insurance: Available after 4 months

Total Compensation: Over 1400 euro gross/month (12 months) including base bonus and allowances
