Qualifications:
- Male candidate aged 20-35 years with a valid drivers license and own motorbike (mandatory).
- Diploma or professional qualification in Sales Marketing or Business Management (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital sales IT solutions or related service sectors.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy familiar with CRM platforms MS Office and modern digital sales techniques.
- A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle client escalations professionally.
Responsibilities:
- As the bridge between the company and its clients youll be responsible for growing relationships and revenue by:
- Identify and onboard new B2B and B2C clients through proactive outreach networking and market research.
- Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Present solutions negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and implementation process.
- Monitor client activity identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and tailor solutions to evolving needs.
- Track industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and client meetings strengthening its presence in the market.
