Sales Executive / Sales Engineer Lifts Elevators and Car parking projects

We seek a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive / Sales Engineer for the Elevators and Car Parking Solutions division of the Industrial Machinery Business Unit.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieving the assigned Sales and Project related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Elevators and Car parking projects

  • Assure that the Installation Testing & Commissioning and Handing over of Elevators and Car parking projects comply with the manufacturers standards and specifications.

  • Coordinate with consultants contractors and sub-contractors and involve in all functions and disciplines required to commence the project.

  • Responsible for the site work implementation and documentation in order to achieve the target completion date.

  • Keep records and related technical data of Project execution in order to execute aftermarket services effectively.

  • Preparing technical proposals to provide turnkey Elevators and Car parking projects to commercial industrial and utility sector requirements.

  • Preparation of cost estimates for Project implementation and commissioning aspects.

  • Promptly responding to enquiries and following up with prospects/clients/customers for specifications/payments etc.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Business Marketing or Engineering with a minimum of 2 years experience in a technical sales background.

  • Prior experience in the Elevator industry will be an added advantage.

  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering background will be an added advantage.

  • Passion to develop a rewarding professional career in a technical sales area with business acumen.

  • Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with Engineers Consultants and Customers.

  • Results oriented person who can work both independently and within a team environment to achieve given goals.

  • Conversant in Sinhala English and Tamil will be an added advantage
