As Head of Growth you are directly responsible for how many bikes we sell this is your North Star. You will own the volume growth target (e.g. 20% in 2025) and develop the strategy and execution plan to get us there.
You are not just leading marketing or sales you are owning the entire growth engine across performance marketing branding website UX A/B testing CRM sales process optimization and new business initiatives.
You report directly to the CEO and are part of the executive leadership team. Your job is to ask and answer and execute the most important commercial question in the company:

Tasks
Your Core Responsibilities
- Own and hit the purchase targets: You are accountable for the number of bikes sold across online showroom and other channels.
- Define the growth strategy: You create a commercial roadmap for the next 1224 months and drive it across the business.
- Run and scale performance marketing: You manage our Meta Google and other digital campaigns with clear ROI targets.
- Continuously improve website conversion: You work closely with design and tech to optimize our website UX via A/B tests and CRO.
- Develop new channels and initiatives: Whether its referral programs partnerships influencers or new product categories you test validate and scale.
- Build and lead your team: You lead a multidisciplinary team across marketing design/UX and sales operations with a clear focus on delivering commercial outcomes.
- Use data to drive decisions: You define track and report on KPIs (purchases CAC ROAS conversion rates etc.) and translate insights into action.
Requirements
- Have 7 years of experience in growth performance marketing commercial strategy or ecommerce leadership ideally in a high-growth B2C/D2C environment.
- Have end-to-end ownership of commercial performance from acquisition to purchase.
- Think in numbers: CAC LTV ROAS SQLs CVR and use data to drive strategic bets.
- Know how to lead cross-functional growth: youve run teams that blend marketing UX and sales execution.
- Are a builder at heart: youre not here to run a playbook youre here to write the next one.
- Are excited by autonomy and accountability: you want a leadership seat not just a management title.
