Our client a global leader in freight forwarding is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Exec to grow their customer base. Youll focus on acquiring new business building strong client relationships and delivering tailored freight solutions across international markets.. Are you a high-performing strong proven experience in Air and Sea Freight Your previous experience in Air & Sea Freight sales & Deep industry knowledge will make you great for this role.

LOCATION: Gauteng

• 5 8 years in freight forwarding logistics or transport sales
• Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition
• A university degree and strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated resilient and results-focused

• Identify and win new B2B customers across air ocean and road freight
• Manage and grow a portfolio of medium to large clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend end-to-end logistics solutions
• Deliver high-impact presentations and negotiate commercial terms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer onboarding
• Drive pipeline development CRM accuracy and achievement of sales KPIs
