Schedule: Full Time 35 hours/week at least three days working onsite
Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Social Media and Content Marketing the Social Media Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day strategy development execution and analysis of social media content on Instagram Facebook X TikTok Threads and LinkedIn.
This role is pivotal in amplifying the SFMOMA brand by driving the creation of creative engaging and timely social media content that fosters meaningful connections with our audiences. It requires the ability to analyze audience needs and apply strategies that expand reach and deepen engagement. The Social Media Program Manager will work closely with the Associate Content Producer Social Media to bring SFMOMAs mission exhibitions and programs to life aligning with marketing objectives.
The position will also play a key role in influencer and partnership strategysupporting event planning and execution for influencer activations conducting research to identify and cultivate relationships with relevant creators and liaising with cultural partners or collaborators to extend SFMOMAs reach. While this role does not focus on commissioning paid influencer content it will broker and nurture opportunities for collaborations events and organic partnerships.
