You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAtlantic Lottery (AL) is looking for a Training & Content Coordinator to join our Customer Care team in this dynamic role youll design and deliver impactful training programs create engaging content and manage knowledge tools that support both our Customer Care Center (CCC) employees and customer-facing self-serve platforms.
Youll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure our training and knowledge resources are effective accessible and continuously evolving.

Salary Band: $62600 - $93600 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $65000 - $75000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills market conditions relevant experience education training and internal equity).
