Your Role
As an Airline Travel Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers helping them with their journeys while ensuring a smooth and positive travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via calls emails and chat.
- Assist with sales inquiries complaints and regulatory escalations.
- Manage bookings: create modify or cancel reservations.
- Support back-office tasks such as ticket issuance and adjustments.
- Deliver accurate real-time information to help customers make travel decisions.
- Go above and beyond to create memorable customer experiences.
- Actively listen empathize and offer tailored solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a Contact Centre (mandatory).
- Fluent in Spanish and a good command of English
- Experience in travel/tourism representation is a plus.
- Excellent communication empathy and team spirit.
- Familiarity with GDS tools (Sabre Amadeus Galileo) is a strong advantage.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts (weekends and evenings included).
