The SEO & Content Marketing Manager is responsible for driving organic growth through data-driven SEO strategies and multi-channel content marketing initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing search rankings visibility and lead generation by integrating SEO best practices AI-powered optimization tools and targeted content strategies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SEO management content development and analytics-driven marketing preferably within the BPO outsourcing or staffing industry.
Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search rankings organic traffic and online visibility.
Conduct keyword research analysis and competitive benchmarking to optimize content and uncover growth opportunities.
Use industry-standard tools (SEMrush Ahrefs Moz Google Analytics Google Search Console) to monitor and measure performance.
Collaborate with product content and web teams to ensure consistent SEO implementation across digital channels.
Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes ranking factors and emerging trends.
Build and execute AI-enhanced SEO workflows leveraging predictive analytics and automation to improve efficiency.
Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies aligned with SEO and lead-generation objectives.
Manage editorial calendars publishing workflows and CMS content (blogs articles gated assets case studies and email campaigns).
Collaborate with internal teams (social media sales product creative) and external contributors to deliver high-quality content.
Ensure consistency of tone messaging and brand voice across all formats.
Conduct content audits and implement optimization initiatives for improved search performance and engagement.
Align content creation with the buyer journey to support demand generation and conversion.
Measure and report on content ROI feeding insights into campaign planning and SEO strategy.
4–8 years of experience in SEO content marketing or editorial-focused roles.
Proven expertise in SEO strategy keyword research content optimization and analytics-driven marketing.
Strong writing editing and storytelling skills with ability to improve long-form and campaign content.
Experience managing writers designers freelancers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress Webflow HubSpot etc.) and analytics tools.
Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel and content’s role in demand generation.
Expert-level knowledge of search engine algorithms ranking factors and SEO best practices.
Skilled in using SEO tools (SEMrush Moz Ahrefs Google Analytics Google Search Console).
Strong analytical and project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns.
Experience using AI-powered SEO platforms (e.g. SurferSEO Jasper MarketMuse) to optimize global campaigns.
Familiarity with generative AI SEO applications including ChatGPT-5 and Zapier integrations for workflow automation and scalable visibility.
Industry experience in BPO outsourcing or staffing preferred.
